TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

SpyCamsDirect t&c’s are fully in accordance with the Distance Selling Act and as such allow our customers ease of purchase with confidence. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales and each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Website Products
To the best of our knowledge the product descriptions on this site are accurate and up-to-date, but due to product development, design and specification changes, these may vary from time to time. The images on our site are to assist with your selection and you may find slight variation in colour. All weights and measurements are approximate.

Canceling Your Order
Under the Distance Selling Act 2000 you have the right to cancel your order. After you make your purchase you have 7 working days starting from the day after you receive your product. Returned products must be sent back to us within 7 days – when we receive them back they will be checked for faults before any refund is issued.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive damaged goods please contact us immediately on 0870 6201 401. We will arrange with you, immediate replacement of the damaged goods.

If you think your product has developed a fault please call the technical helpline for the brand you have purchased. Helplines are listed in the ‘support’ section found at the top of the website. If you call the helpline first it could save time and money (the cost of returning the product to us) if found to be working properly.

If the product you have ordered has an obvious fault, or if it has been confirmed as faulty by the technical support staff, please notify us immediately on 0870 6201 401. If the fault has developed within the manufacturer’s one year guarantee, we will repair or replace the item/s for you free of charge.

SpyCamsDirect cannot compensate for items not supplied, faulty or damaged in transport.

Returning Your Product
You have 7 working days from receipt of your good to return them for a full refund or exchange. The goods need to be in their original condition and unopened. We cannot refund or exchange a product that has been ordered specifically for you.

Guarantees 12 months from receipt is the standard guarantee that all of out products come under. Some products may have an extended guarantee – check product copy to confirm this. Any damage or faults caused by accidental damage, neglect or misuse are not covered by our guarantee.

Product Availability
We try very hard to ensure that all of our products are in stock at all times – but all items are subject to availability and some line may be withdrawn without notice. SpyCamsDirect will let you know if any goods cannot be supplied, no money will be taken.

Additional Invoices
Additional Invoices are charged at £20 each. Copies are supplied only after full payment has been made.

All statements, guarantees or warranties in our terms of trading are in addition to & do not affect your statutory rights.
