PLACING AN ORDER WITH US

You can order your new spycam with us online (24hrs a day, 352 days a year) or over the phone.

To place an order on the website, simply select the chosen spy cam items and add them to your basket. You will be able to adjust the quantity of items once you go to check your basket. Once you have completed your selection you can then proceed to the checkout to enter payment and delivery details.

All orders are subject to 17.5% VAT when placed from within the UK or the European Union.

All orders placed online will be treated as an offer to purchase goods from us. Any automated reply that you receive from our online ordering system shall not be deemed as our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods. We will only accept your offer and, therefore, a contract shall only be made once we despatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any offer to purchase at any time. If we decide not to proceed with your order we will contact you by telephone or email.

SECURITY

At SpyCamsDirect.co.uk you can shop with the knowledge that your name, address, credit card details, and other information are all 100% safe. We want our customers to shop with confidence, and we offer the assurance that no credit card or debit card fraud has ever resulted from making an online purchase with Spycamsdirect.co.uk.

We use the best available software to encrypt your personal information so it cannot be read by a third party. Using 128 bit encryption, the details you enter can only be decoded by SpyCamsDirect.co.uk.

Any attempts to use credit cards fraudulently will be handed straight to the police in the region where the fraud originated. We are committed to our fight against fraud and will prosecute every case to the full extent of the law. All orders placed must pass a series of strict security checks before being dispatched and we trust that our genuine customers will understand the reasons for this.

DELIVERY CHARGES

All spycam orders to be delivered within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) over £100 are FREE. Orders up to and including £100 are £5.00. Delivery to Highlands and Islands and outlying areas of the UK may be subject to a surcharge. We will contact you if applicable.

For deliveries outside of the UK please call customer services on 08706 201 401 or email info@spycamsdirect.co.uk – we will provide you with a quote.

We can only deliver to the card holder’s registered address or to a business address. Deliveries of products over £100 are made by courier and will need a signature to accept them. If your order is incomplete please call us on 08706 201 401 within 7 days of signing for the package. We cannot accept claims after this time.

If there is insufficient stock to make up your spycam order we will dispatch your goods once stock has been received. We will either email or telephone you to let you know the situation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Spy Cams Direct t&c’s are fully in accordance with the Distance Selling Act and as such allow our customers ease of purchase with confidence. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales and each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Website Products
To the best of our knowledge the spycam product descriptions on this site are accurate and up-to-date, but due to product development, design and specification changes, these may vary from time to time. The images on our site are to assist with your selection and you may find slight variation in colour. All weights and measurements are approximate.

Canceling Your Order
Under the Distance Selling Act 2000 you have the right to cancel your order. After you make your purchase you have 7 working days starting from the day after you receive your product. Returned spycam products must be sent back to us within 7 days – when we receive them back they will be checked for faults before any refund is issued.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive damaged goods please contact us immediately on 0870 6201 401. We will arrange with you, immediate replacement of the damaged goods.

If you think your product has developed a fault please call the technical helpline for the brand you have purchased. Helplines are listed in the ‘support’ section found at the top of the website. If you call the helpline first it could save time and money (the cost of returning the product to us) if found to be working properly.

If the product you have ordered has an obvious fault, or if it has been confirmed as faulty by the technical support staff, please notify us immediately on 0870 6201 401. If the fault has developed within the manufacturer’s one year guarantee, we will repair or replace the item/s for you free of charge.

Spy Cams Direct cannot compensate for items not supplied, faulty or damaged in transport.

Returning Your Product
You have 7 working days from receipt of your good to return them for a full refund or exchange. The goods need to be in their original condition and unopened. We cannot refund or exchange a product that has been ordered specifically for you.

Guarantees 12 months from receipt is the standard guarantee that all of out products come under. Some products may have an extended guarantee – check product copy to confirm this. Any damage or faults caused by accidental damage, neglect or misuse are not covered by our guarantee.

Product Availability
We try very hard to ensure that all of our products are in stock at all times – but all items are subject to availability and some line may be withdrawn without notice. SpyCamsDirect will let you know if any goods cannot be supplied, no money will be taken.

Additional Invoices
Additional Invoices are charged at £20 each. Copies are supplied only after full payment has been made.

All statements, guarantees or warranties in our terms of trading are in addition to & do not affect your statutory rights.
